Employers
We Need You!!
We are always looking to strengthen the connections between our students and the world of work, and we warmly invite local employers to get involved with the careers elements of our school curriculum. There are many ways to support our students, including taking part in careers events such as fairs, mock interviews, and assemblies, or offering work experience placements. Any contribution, whether it’s helping in just one area or across several, is hugely valued—the more involvement we have, the richer the opportunities for our students.
If you would like to get involved, you can either contact the names listed at the bottom of this page or complete our submission of interest form, and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss how your support can make a real difference. Your involvement helps our students gain insight, experience, and confidence as they explore their future pathways.
What are the benefits?
Getting involved in our school’s careers events benefits both employers and students. By participating, your organisation can make a real impact while gaining value in return:
- Raise awareness of your industry – showcase what your organisation does and inspire the next generation.
- Engage with future talent – meet students who may become potential apprentices, interns, or employees in the future.
- Staff development opportunities – involvement in activities such as mock interviews or workshops can help develop communication and mentoring skills.
- Strengthen community links – build positive relationships with local schools and other businesses.
- Bring real-world insight into the classroom – help students understand how the curriculum connects to careers.
- Support student growth and employability – give young people the confidence, skills, and knowledge to make informed decisions about their future.
By working together, employers and the school can create meaningful experiences that benefit everyone involved.
