For staff and students at Cansfield High School to consider inclusive practice to be their normal way of working. For all stakeholders to contribute to an inclusive environment that supports all students to access a mainstream learning environment regardless of their needs. To provide appropriate support and aspirational guidance to encourage learners to have the highest expectations for themselves to enable them to achieve the best outcomes that they can.
